Did you hear the big news? Our very own Sister Shamila Hashim is now Dr. Shamila Hashim! Allahu Akbar! She successfully completed her PhD dissertation recently in Information Systems, focusing on the effective use of technology in classrooms to produce positive learning outcomes.
“We’re seeing an increase in the number of staff across all of our Al-Huda School branches who have earned their PhDs,”
— Brother Haroon Baqai,
Al-Huda School Principal
“Just recently, half of the interviewees who applied to teach at Al- Huda Global School were people with PhDs. Our Al-Huda School Pennsylvania Principal has a PhD in education, Sister Shamila has recently earned hers, and even our most recent hire at Al-Huda Global has one too.”
May Allah give all of our staff and teachers the tawfeeq to use what they have learned for His sake, continue to make them a source of benefit for the community and the Ummah, bless them with strength to carry on her impactful work, and accept all their efforts, Ameen.
Many congratulations, Dr. Shamila Hashim and the rest of our team!
